Terms of Service

License grant

When you purchase a SlapMetrics license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the macOS app on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and any activation limits stated at purchase.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or license keys except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

Purchases & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time fees unless otherwise stated. All sales are final except where required by applicable law or where we explicitly offer a refund.

If you believe you were charged in error or need help with your license, contact us at launchpactio@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt.

Third-party integrations

SlapMetrics can connect to third-party services you authorize (such as Stripe, Google Analytics, Datafast, or Google Search Console). You are responsible for complying with those services' terms and for the credentials you provide. We are not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or data accuracy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass license validation or security measures
• Share, resell, or publicly distribute license keys
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We may suspend or revoke licenses that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLAPMETRICS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country.
